Domesticated furbearing animals are furbearing animals pen bred for more than two generations or all furbearing animals purchased from a breeder outside the state and brought into the state. All other furbearing animals are wild furbearing animals. Documentation is required for the possession of live furbearing animals as defined in subdivision 41-1-1(11).
