Directors of predatory animal districts, elected at meetings called and held as provided in § 40-37-5, shall immediately after the adjournment of said meeting organize by choosing from their number a president, vicepresident, and secretarytreasurer. Subsequent meetings of said board shall be called by the president upon reasonable notice. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any board meeting. The directors shall receive no compensation for serving on the board.
