Any violation of this chapter by the corporation shall be grounds for the Supreme Court to terminate or suspend its, or any of its members’ right to practice law.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
