A document of title issued or a bailment that arises before July 1, 2009 and the rights, obligations, and interests flowing from that document or bailment are governed by any statute or other rule amended or repealed by SL 2009, ch 254 as if amendment or repeal had not occurred and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced under that statute or other rule.

- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
