A domestic mutual insurer, after being authorized to transact one or more kinds of insurance, may be authorized to transact such additional kinds of insurance as are permitted under § 58-5-21, while in compliance with this title and while maintaining unimpaired surplus funds in conformity with the requirements of §§ 58-5-21 and 58-5-22.
