No meeting of stockholders or members shall amend the insurer’s articles of incorporation unless such amendment to the articles of incorporation is included in the notice of such meeting, which notice must be given by mail at least thirty days prior to such meeting, to those entitled to vote, at their respective addresses appearing upon the corporate records.
