(a) It is an offense for any person to knowingly sell annual event tickets, shares, chances or similar records for a period longer than the period authorized pursuant to the provisions of § Code Sec. 3-17-103″>3-17-103(d)(3).
(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor; provided, however, that the maximum fine shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day in excess of the authorized period.
