Terms Used In Tennessee Code 11-3-210
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of environment and conservation or the duly authorized representative or, in the event of the commissioner's or representative's absence or vacancy in the office of commissioner, the deputy commissioner. See Tennessee Code 11-3-202
The commissioner is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, which the commissioner deems necessary to administer this part.
