Terms Used In Tennessee Code 36-5-2702
- Convention: means the Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance, concluded at The Hague on November 23, 2007. See Tennessee Code 36-5-2101
This part applies only to a support proceeding under the Convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of this part is inconsistent with parts 21-26, this part controls.
