Terms Used In Tennessee Code 41-21-805
- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
- Claim: means any lawsuit or appeal filed by an inmate except a petition for post-conviction relief. See Tennessee Code 41-21-801
