Terms Used In Tennessee Code 47-2-710
- Buyer: means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods. See Tennessee Code 47-2-103
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- Seller: means a person who sells or contracts to sell goods. See Tennessee Code 47-2-103
Incidental damages to an aggrieved seller include any commercially reasonable charges, expenses or commissions incurred in stopping delivery, in the transportation, care and custody of goods after the buyer‘s breach, in connection with return or resale of the goods or otherwise resulting from the breach.
