Terms Used In Tennessee Code 56-35-120
- Attorney: means the person designated and authorized by subscribers as the attorney-in-fact having authority to obligate them on reciprocal insurance contracts. See Tennessee Code 56-16-102
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect in any manner the relationship of attorney and client, or the fees paid for services performed by a licensed attorney at law.
