Terms Used In Tennessee Code 62-6-602
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Contract: means a contract in this state between a person and a residential roofing services provider for the provision of goods or services related to the repair or replacement of a roof system the costs of which the residential roofing services provider represents are to be paid, or are likely to be paid, in whole or in part, from the proceeds of a property and casualty insurance policy. - Person: means an individual or entity. See Tennessee Code 62-6-601
- signed: includes a mark, the name being written near the mark and witnessed, or any other symbol or methodology executed or adopted by a party with intention to authenticate a writing or record, regardless of being witnessed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
