- Document: means information that is:
(A) Inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form. See Tennessee Code 66-24-202
Nothing in this part, or any other law, shall be construed to require county registers to receive a document electronically.
