Terms Used In Tennessee Code 8-3405
- board: means the board provided for in part 3 of this chapter. See Tennessee Code 8-34-101
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum, and all vacancies on said board shall be filled by appointment for unexpired terms by the governor.
