Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.1449
- Authority: means the Michigan state housing development authority created in this act. See Michigan Laws 125.1411
- Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
Every mortgage of real estate held by the authority which contains a power of sale, upon default being made in any condition of such mortgage, may be foreclosed by advertisement, in the cases and in the manner specified in section 49a to 49v, including the giving of a notice as described in section 49b and 49c.
