Terms Used In Michigan Laws 125.1526
- Boards: means the state plumbing board created in section 13 of former 2002 PA 733, the board of mechanical rules created in section 3 of former 1984 PA 192, the electrical administrative board created in section 2 of former 1956 PA 217, and the barrier free design board created in section 5 of 1966 PA 1, MCL 125. See Michigan Laws 125.1502a
- Commission: means the state construction code commission created by section 3a. See Michigan Laws 125.1502a
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
Subject to other provisions of this act concerned with the relationship between the commission and the boards, the state plumbing and electrical administrative boards are transferred to the commission without alteration of their functions.
