Terms Used In Michigan Laws 16.133

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
     All or any portion of the powers, duties and functions of governor under section 107 of chapter 14 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, as amended, being section 55.107 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, relating to notaries public, may be delegated by executive order to the department of state.
