Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1965, being section 400.311 to 400.315 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is repealed. The statutory authority, powers, duties, functions, records, personnel, property, unfinished business, unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations of other funds used, held, employed, available, or to be made available in connection with such powers, duties and functions authorized for the implementation of Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1965 are transferred to the executive office and shall be assigned to the Indian affairs commission created by this act.
