The governor shall report an estimate of revenue foregone from exemptions granted pursuant to Act No. 48 of the Public Acts of 1929, as amended, being section 205.301 to 205.317 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The estimate shall include revenue foregone by any deductions or credits granted under the act.
