Terms Used In Michigan Laws 257.1324
- Administrator: means the secretary of state or any individual designated by the secretary of state to act in his or her place. See Michigan Laws 257.1302
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
The attorney general or prosecuting attorney after receiving notice of an alleged violation of this act or a violation of an injunction, order, decree or judgment issued in an action brought pursuant to this act or an assurance under this act shall immediately forward written notice of the alleged violation together with any information he may have to the office of the administrator.
