“Juvenile adjudication” means either of the following:
(a) A finding of juvenile delinquency under chapter 403 of title 18 of the United States code, 18 U.S.C. § 5031 to 5040 and 5042.

- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. - United States: shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
(b) The entry of a judgment or order of disposition by a court of another state that states or is based upon a finding that a juvenile has violated a law of another state, which violation would have been a criminal offense if committed by an adult in that state.
