Terms Used In Michigan Laws 322.243

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.      The original notes of the field work performed under the provisions of this act shall be placed on file in the state land office and all corners and boundary lines so established shall be of the same force and effect as those established by the original United States survey.
