Terms Used In Michigan Laws 322.307

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
     The said commissioner shall, whenever it satisfactorily appears that the chief value of any parcel of land consists of pine or other timber, and that in his opinion the interest of the state will not be secured by a compliance with the terms of payment prescribed in the second section of this act, require full payment for the same.
