Terms Used In Michigan Laws 324.40301
- Department: means the director of the department of natural resources or his or her designee to whom the director delegates a power or duty by written instrument. See Michigan Laws 324.301
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
The department may issue for sale to the public a stamp, decal, medallion, or other item of personal property intended to signify the interest of the purchaser in contributing to wildlife preservation.
