Terms Used In Michigan Laws 325.78
- Director: means the state director of public health or a person designated by the director to act in place of the director. See Michigan Laws 325.72
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
Pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being section 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, the director shall promulgate rules to implement this act which foster the study, research, diminution, and control of critical health problems in this state.
