Terms Used In Michigan Laws 330.1280
- Program: means a hospital, clinic, organization, or health professional licensed under part 62 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333. See Michigan Laws 330.1260
If an individual held in protective custody is admitted to an approved service program or emergency medical service, the individual’s family, next of kin, or someone whom the individual designates shall be notified as promptly as possible.
