Terms Used In Michigan Laws 338.2238a
- Appraisal: A determination of property value.
- Occupational code: means 1980 PA 299, MCL 339. See Michigan Laws 338.2202
- person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as a state licensed appraisal management company under article 26A of the occupational code, MCL 339.2661 to 339.2677, are as follows:
