- Asbestos: means a group of naturally occurring minerals that separate into fibers, including chrysotile, amosite, crocidolite, anthophyllite, tremolite, and actinolite. See Michigan Laws 338.3353
This act may be cited as the “public entity asbestos removal disclosure act”.
