Terms Used In Michigan Laws 338.3640
- Commission: means the Michigan unarmed combat commission created in section 20. See Michigan Laws 338.3610
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Department: means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs. See Michigan Laws 338.3610
- Person: means any of the following:
(i) An individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 338.3611Rule: means a rule promulgated under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24. See Michigan Laws 338.3611
A complaint that alleges that a person has violated this act or a rule promulgated or an order issued under this act shall be submitted to the department. The department of attorney general, the department, the commission, or any other person may file a complaint.
