Terms Used In Michigan Laws 35.31

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.      That the county clerks of the several counties in this state be and are hereby directed to procure, at the expense of the respective counties, suitable books in which to record discharges of members of the armed forces of the United States.
