Terms Used In Michigan Laws 388.1957

  • Department: means the department of education. See Michigan Laws 388.1951
  • grant program: means the student mental health apprenticeship retention and training (SMART) internship grant program created in section 3. See Michigan Laws 388.1951
  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
    The department shall report to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on the department of education, the house and senate fiscal agencies, the governor, and the advisory council described in section 31n of the state school aid act of 1979, 1979 PA 94, MCL 388.1631n, the status and outcomes of the grant program.
