Terms Used In Michigan Laws 400.593
- Commission: means the commission on services to the aging established under section 3. See Michigan Laws 400.582
- Office: means the office of services to the aging created by section 5. See Michigan Laws 400.582
The equipment, records, and supplies of the commission and office which are repealed pursuant to section 14 are transferred to the commission and office created by section 3 and 5, respectively.
