- Board: means the ski area safety board. See Michigan Laws 408.322
- Commissioner: means the director of commerce or an authorized representative of the director. See Michigan Laws 408.322
The commissioner, subject to the limitations herein contained and the rules and regulations of the board, shall administer and enforce the provisions of this act.
