Terms Used In Michigan Laws 500.205
- Commissioner: means the director. See Michigan Laws 500.102
- In the reasonable exercise of discretion: means that an order, decision, determination, finding, ruling, opinion, action, or inaction was based upon facts reasonably found to exist and was not inconsistent with generally acceptable standards and practices of those knowledgeable in the field in question. See Michigan Laws 500.116
Orders, decisions, findings, rulings, determinations, opinions, actions, and inactions of the commissioner in this act shall be made or reached in the reasonable exercise of discretion.
