  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
     A residential condominium in this state shall not be offered for sale unless in compliance with article 24 or article 25 of the occupational code, Act No. 299 of the Public Acts of 1980, being section 339.2401 to 339.2412 and 339.2501 to 339.2516 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
