Terms Used In Michigan Laws 691.1554
- Fund: means the community dispute resolution fund. See Michigan Laws 691.1552
- Program: means the community dispute resolution program created by this act. See Michigan Laws 691.1552
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The program shall be funded by the community dispute resolution fund which is created in the state treasury and shall be administered by the state court administrator.
