Terms Used In Michigan Laws 691.1561
- Grant recipient: means a nonprofit or governmental organization that receives funds to operate a center pursuant to this act. See Michigan Laws 691.1552
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. See Michigan Laws 8.3o
The state court administrator or other authorized state official shall have the power to inspect, examine, and audit the fiscal affairs of any grant recipient.
