Terms Used In Michigan Laws 752.92
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by the laws of this state.
