- Judicial district: means the following:
(i) With regard to the circuit court, the county. See Michigan Laws 761.1person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, as well as to individuals. See Michigan Laws 8.3l
A person committed for not finding sureties, or for refusing to recognize, as required by the court may be discharged from custody by the judge who entered the order or any other judge from the same court and judicial district when the person gives the security required.
