Terms Used In Michigan Laws 774.3a
- Docket: A log containing brief entries of court proceedings.
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
A municipal court docket maintained and filed pursuant to section 2 of this chapter, or a true copy of the docket, shall be admissible as evidence of the facts contained in the docket.
