Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 13.462
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person licensed under this subchapter must periodically renew the person’s license. The license expires unless the license holder submits an application for renewal accompanied by the renewal fee set by the department or by the late fee set by the department and meets the requirements for renewal.
