Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 188.017
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.

The lien claimant shall provide written notice of the claim of lien to the lien debtor not later than the 10th day after the date the notice of claim of lien is filed with the office of the secretary of state.
