- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not ship into the citrus zone a nursery product, seed, citrus fruit, or other host infected with a pest or disease listed in Section 73.004(b) of this code.
