Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 69.09
- Alcoholic beverage: means alcohol, or any beverage containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume, which is capable of use for beverage purposes, either alone or when diluted. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
No holder of a retail dealer’s on-premise license may borrow or acquire from, exchange with, or loan to any other holder of a retail dealer’s on-premise license or holder of a retail dealer’s off-premise license any alcoholic beverage for the purpose of resale.
