Terms Used In Texas Auxiliary Water Laws 7826
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Any person whose name was erroneously omitted from said list of voters may vote at said election upon the taking the oath as prescribed in the preceding article except that in lieu of the clause “that I was not subject to pay property tax in said district for the preceding year,” there shall be substituted “that I was subject to and did pay property tax in said district for the preceding year.[“]
