(a) Service of an application filed under § 22.512 on the registered agent of a corporation or in any other manner permitted by applicable law is considered to be service on the corporation, and no other party need be joined in order for the district court to adjudicate the matter.
(b) If an action is brought by a corporation under § 22.512, the district court may require that notice of the action be provided to other persons identified by the court and permit those other persons to intervene in the action.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
