- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The arbitration tribunal or a party with the approval of the tribunal may request assistance from a district court in taking evidence, and the court may provide the assistance according to its rules on taking evidence. The tribunal or a party shall select the district court in the manner provided by § 171.096.
