- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Testify: Answer questions in court.
Any person so summoned and examined shall not be liable to prosecution for any violation of any provision of this chapter about which he may testify fully and without reserve.
