- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Any person who shall knowingly violate any of the provisions of Articles 8601 through and inclusive of Article 8610, Revised Statutes, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200).
